De historische commissie presenteerde aan de rechtbank het verzamelde historisch materiaal uit de 18 bezochte archieven in Belgi\u00eb en India. Het rapport werd toegelicht waarin de archiefstukken op inhoud en waarde voor de causa ge\u00ebvalueerd zijn. Alle archiefstukken samen beslaan meer dan 3000 bladzijden. Tot slot werden alle nodige documenten ondertekend.
